SREIC: Schulich Real Estate & Infrastructure Club

Founded in 1993, the Schulich Real Estate and Infrastructure Club (SREIC) is one of Schulich's most established student-run clubs. Open to all Schulich School of Business students interested in learning and pursuing a career in real estate and infrastructure, the SREIC acts as the main liaison between students, the industry, and its professionals.

We provide our members with exclusive events including company visits, access to industry conferences, international study tours, alumni networking, case competitions, and career workshops.

Tran is a Schulich MBA candidate with a strong passion for real estate, entrepreneurship, architecture and art. She has worked for multinationals including Surbana Jurong, Savills, and Cushman & Wakefield, in business development, development advisory, valuation, and retail consultancy.

Patrick dos Santos

Co-President MREI

A CPA, CA with 3+ years of experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers' real estate & asset management team, in the audit and assurance practice. He has led engagements for major developers, asset managers, and investors. Patrick holds a BBA from the Schulich School of Business.

MREI candidate and alumnus of Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering. Focused on infrastructure procurement, development, management, and investment.
