Through our sister club, the Schulich Real Property Alumni Association (SRPAA), the SREIC hosts and attends various co-club events. These include Developer's Den, Schulich Perspectives Lecture, speed networking, mock interviews, and many more. Our alumni grasp the significance of developing profound relationships and the capabilities of our club members. Our ongoing relationship is a testament to this fact.

Perspectives Lecture

Beginning in 2005, the Perspectives Lecture is a marquee alumni event bringing together alumni, industry professionals, and students to discuss evolving industry trends, and strengthen relationships within the Schulich network. This year’s event titled “Trailblazer” featured keynote speaker Jon Love, Founder and CEO of KingSett Capital.

Developer's Den

Acclaimed as Canada's longest running real estate case competition, Developer’s Den is hosted every winter by Schulich’s Brookfield Centre in Real Estate & Infrastructure and the Schulich Real Property Alumni Association. Each year, the event attracts teams from the top business schools in Canada and US to participate in solving a real world real estate problem. The teams showcase their real estate and business skills through an intense two phase competition and pitch their proposals to a panel of renowned industry professionals.
