Perspectives Lecture 2017: Recap

On October 24, 2017, our alumni association, the SRPAA, hosted the annual Perspectives Lecture at the Ritz-Carlton. This year's Lecture counted over 200 attendees, including current SREIC members and faculty from the Brookfield Centre in Real Estate and Infrastructure.

Our keynote speaker was Jon Love, Founder, CEO of KingSett Capital, and industry trailblazer. Jon shared his top ten business lessons with our attendees and macroeconomic insights. Some of these included: play the long-game, treat everyone with respect, dream big, transparency wins, and dress like you mean it.

Andre Kuzmicki's career and contributions to the Schulich real estate community were recognised by the SRPAA, who presented him with a commemorative gift for his ongoing contributions. Thank you Andre!

Money raised from the Perspectives Lecture supports our co-curricular activities. Thank you to all those who attended, and a special thanks to the organizing committee- Nate Tracey, Emily Long, and Christian Petersen.

Enjoy viewing pictures of this spectacular evening- notice how everyone was dressed like they mean it? That's the Schulich difference!
